Payment is accepted via Venmo, Cash App, cash, or other discussed methods. Full payment is typically due before or after the time of the session but before the products are delivered, unless otherwise discussed in advance.
Deposits are not generally required unless explicitly stated in writing prior to booking for larger or more complex engagements.
Cancellations are accepted at any time. If a session is cancelled with very short notice after travel to the location has already begun, a case-by-case conversation may occur regarding any costs incurred. No automatic penalties apply.
Dizz Studios is committed to delivering quality photos that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please communicate this as soon as possible.
After your session, photos will be delivered via an online gallery or shared link. You will have access to your photos for a minimum of 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, photos may be removed from cloud storage without notice.
Dizz Studios maintains a personal backup of session files on a private hard drive. While no guarantee is made that original files will be retained indefinitely beyond the 30-day window, it is likely that a copy exists on the photographer's personal storage well beyond that point.
If you need photos retrieved after the gallery expires, reach out and every reasonable effort will be made to assist.
Dizz Studios retains full copyright ownership of all photographs taken during any session, regardless of delivery or payment. This is standard practice under U.S. copyright law.
However, clients are granted a broad, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their photos freely, including:
The only restriction is that photos may not be falsely attributed to the client as their own original photographic work. Claiming you took a photo that was taken by Dizz Studios — whether explicitly or implied through omission in a context where authorship is being claimed is not permitted.
Dizz Studios reserves the right to use photos from any session for portfolio, website, and social media purposes, including display on www.dizzstudios.org and associated accounts.

Dizz Studios does not sell, share, or distribute your photos or personal information to any third party. Your photos are delivered exclusively to you or to the group, team, or organization on whose behalf you booked the session.
The only exceptions are:
Dizz Studios may use artificial intelligence tools — including Adobe Lightroom's AI-powered features — to assist in the culling (selection), sorting, and organization of photographs from your session. This technology helps identify the best shots efficiently and does not alter the content of your photos in any substantive way.
By booking Dizz Studios, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI-assisted tools as part of the photo editing and selection workflow.
When booking a session that will involve minors (anyone under 18 years of age), the person making the booking represents and confirms that they have the appropriate authority to do so — whether as a parent, legal guardian, school representative, coach, or other authorized party.
Dizz Studios shoots solo and all work is conducted professionally and respectfully at all times.

In any of the above situations, Dizz Studios will work in good faith to find a fair resolution if that may be a reshoot.
By booking any service with Dizz Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Client Agreement and Privacy Policy.
This agreement applies to all sessions booked through www.dizzstudios.org or through any direct communication with Dizz Studios. No physical signature is required unless otherwise requested.
